Refund policy

At Savai Home , we are committed to delivering high-quality handcrafted products. Each piece is carefully made with traditional Hand block prints, ensuring uniqueness and authenticity.

We strive to meet the needs and expectations of our customers to the best of our abilities. However, due to the handmade nature of our products, we regret to inform you that we do not provide refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been purchased or processed.

The only exception is if the product is received in a damaged or defective condition. In such cases, you may request an exchange within 7–8 business days, and our team will guide you through the process.

Important Return Condition
 

An unboxing video is mandatory to apply for a return or exchange.

The video must be recorded while opening the parcel and should clearly show the product and packaging.

Returns or exchanges without a proper unboxing video will not be accepted under any circumstances.

We deeply value your trust in our craft and request your understanding, as every piece is created with care, time, and love.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exchanges
We accept exchanges within 7 days from the order received. The exchanged product will be delivered within 4-5 days from the receiving of the product.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
